For women only, an unlimited week of hour-long small group personal training sessions at the Shakti gym, across from Whole Foods in Arlington. You schedule as many sessions as you would like within one week (Monday through Saturday). There are a variety of cardio machines, but the focus is on strength training with professional trainers who provide individualized guidance for groups of two to four women. In a very friendly setting, you get a structured workout that is tailored for any fitness level.
