Join Chris Leuchtenburg on Wednesday, May 15 at Mount Auburn Cemetery for another fascinating bird walk, starting at 8 am! Mount Auburn Cemetery is a place esteemed by birders as the best spot in New England to enjoy the height of the spring migration, when warblers, vireos, orioles and other songbirds stop to refuel in the mature trees of Mount Auburn. Beginners are most welcome.
Chris serves on the Advisory Board of Mass Audubon’s Broadmoor Sanctuary where he monitors the 55 nest boxes and has almost completed a three-year breeding bird survey in a new Mass Audubon property.
Maximum of 8 participants, $35 each. Sign up at the FAC Gala on March 30th!
